Richard Raymundo

Managing Director Philippines, Colliers International


Richard has over 20 years of experience in various real estate markets in Asia. In his current role as the Managing Director, Richard is leading client engagement initiatives for the Philippines. In addition, he is also assisting in marketing, research and consultancy functions. 


Richard joined Colliers International’s Asia Valuation & Advisory group in Manila in 1996. Richard started with the Research Division and eventually leading the Philippines’ Research and Advisory services. Encompassing various sectors, Richard provided professional advice such as highest and best use, feasibility, market analysis, cost benefit analysis and project evaluation to clients such as ING, AIG, JTCI, Ayala Land and Rockwell Land. He led the team in various consultancy assignments. In addition, his team produced updates on local market trends and applied international-standard techniques in forecasting exercises.

In 2008, Richard joined the regional Valuation and Advisory services of Colliers in Hong Kong where he was involved in various projects in Asia particularly the Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. His work has brought him to assess investment prospects for Asian investors in areas such as Ecuador and East Timor. This covered sectors from simple developments to large-scale mixed uses with office, retail, residential, hotel, industrial and institutional land uses.

In his eight-year stint in Hong Kong, he was responsible for the operation and management of the team. With his expertise in consultancy assignments, Richard led and coordinated Colliers’ professional serviced assignments in the Asian region covering all major sectors including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and leisure. Clients would include Hong Kong Land, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank, Ashmore Investment, United Nations (UNDP), Lotte Hotel, Caesar’s Palace, SITA, Far Eastern Group Taiwan and Ascendas.

Richard returned to the Philippines in 2017 as the current Managing Director.


Richard has a degree in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines.  He is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
