Thomas Wenger

Managing Director, Enderun Hospitality Management

A native of Switzerland, he graduated a professional chef in Bern and embarked on a career in hospitality that spanned the globe over the past 38 years.

In 1986, he accepted a position for at the Swissotel Drake in New York, and rose to the ranks until leaving the US to work in Australia in 1989 and ultimately Asia, Hong Kong in 1991. 

His global experience includes Executive Chef positions at the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club, Le Royal & Meridien Preseident in Bangkok, and the Mandarin Oriental Manila.

In 2008 Chef Wenger decided to join the educational field as Senior Culinary Lecturer at Enderun Colleges; ultimately being tasked to lead all non Academic Food & Beverage business of the College as Managing Director for these operations. With the establishment of Enderun Hospitality Management Thomas worked at the forefront of the management and consultancy arm of the Enderun Colleges ultimately taking over as Managing Director in August 2016.
